Our Engineering Services
We provide end-to-end engineering support for pressure equipment manufacturers and OEMs, delivering accurate documentation that simplifies fabrication, improves quality, and supports efficient manufacturing.
GA Drawings & BOM
A general arrangement drawing paired with a bill of material that matches it exactly, part numbers, materials, quantities, across every revision. Mismatches between the GA and the BOM are one of the most common sources of procurement and fabrication errors. This service is built around preventing them.
Mechanical Design Calculations
Code-based design calculations for pressure-containing components: wall thickness, head design, nozzle reinforcement, re-rating, to the applicable code for your equipment type and destination market. The documented basis that sits behind the drawing and supports fabrication sign-off and regulatory submission.
FEA & Stress Analysis
Simulation-based analysis for components, assemblies, and piping systems where geometry or loading is complex enough that a closed-form calculation is not sufficient. Covers pipe stress, pressure vessel load evaluation using PV Elite, and finite element analysis using SolidWorks FEA, Inventor FEA, and Autodesk Nastran.
Fabrication Shop Drawings
The drawings the shop floor actually builds from, with weld maps, weld joint details, and dimensional callouts structured around how the equipment is fabricated, not just a geometric description of the finished item. Distinct from a GA drawing issued for approval and reference. Produced with revision turnaround structured to keep pace with shop schedules.
3D Modelling & 2D Drafting
Multi-disciplinary 3D modelling, covering equipment geometry, piping, structural, and instrument layout, that feeds GA drawings, fabrication shop drawings, and BOMs as a single consistent source rather than independently drafted views that drift apart through revisions. 2D drafting is also available directly for simpler items without a full model.
Support Scope
We also support electrical, instrumentation, structural, civil, and process engineering when a manufacturer’s project requires it: single-line diagrams, hook-up drawings, pipe racks, P&IDs, and related scope, provided as part of the package rather than as standalone services. If your project involves scope beyond the five services above, get in touch and we will confirm what we can cover.
