If you are not happy with WebCare, you can get your payment refunded subject to following conditions

1. Monthly WebCare plan is non-refundable, only six monthly & yearly payments are covered under refund policy.
2. You have to inform within 28 calendar days from starting of WebCare, for cancellation.
3. Amount for first month/number of consumed hours (billed as per Rs. 1500 per hour) whatever is larger & taxes, will be deducted from the total payment.
4. In order to avail the refund, kindly mail to refund@kulkarnitech.com or create a support ticket, along with website, and reason for refund.
5. Payment processing charges if any, have to be covered by client.
